      This event is a special thank you to all our preferred vendors and favorite couples with 2025/26 events. Each vendor is offering their own gift or sample, and a Celebration Deal that could add up to THOUSANDS in total savings. Each couple is hoping to book the best professionals to make their wedding magical. Y'all have to come to find out which deal works best for you!

      DOORS OPEN FOR VENDORS ONLY

      CLIENTS: Please don't come early. We won't be ready, and you will have to wait in the spectacular but very cold parking lot.

      VENDORS: You will be assigned a 5x2.5 decorated table space, and only need a digital or printed portfolio, your Celebration Deal, and your booking gear. You are welcome to hand out your gifts or samples from there, or get them to me before the 10th to be added to the goodie bags. If they require special considerations, let's chat! I want this to be fun and easy for you!

      VENDOR WELCOME & INTROS

      I have a 2 minute speech, and would like each vendor to introduce themselves, their business and their Celebration Deal.

      11:35 AM - 12:00 PM

      VENDOR MEET & MINGLE

      VENDORS: Take this time to get some champagne, sample the goodies from our amazing preferred caterers and cake designers and get acquainted. 

      12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

      DOORS OPEN TO COUPLES

      COUPLES: Be sure to arrive early enough try all the samples and get all the Celebration Deals!

      VENDORS: Be sure to have your nicest samples, bestest deals, and simplest way to move them ready!
